A Houston Christian University police officer is responsible for the enforcement of the law, is alert to threats and hazards to the commonweal of the University community, and provides safety, security, and aid to the students, faculty, staff, and visitors to the University and its properties.

Retired and experienced police officers are encouraged to apply and will be given preference. A two year commitment to the position will be requested from the applicant.
