Position Summary: Perform basic grounds keeping chores.

Other Job-Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Types of machines, tools, and other special equipment used to perform job duties: power push mower, riding mower, gas-powered leaf blower, wheelbarrow, hand tools including rake, shovel, spreader, and chemical sprayer, portable sprinkler system, and hose.
Must be able to work with others and communicate in a firm and friendly manner with all staff and fellow workers as well as students.
Bilingual preferred but not required.
Education:
Work requires an educational background normally equivalent to high school with course work in skilled crafts or trades training.
Experience:
Educational and work experience that evidences knowledge of and ability to perform tasks related to essential duties and responsibilities listed above. 2+ years prior experience in lawn care and landscaping.
Physical Requirements:
With or without the use of aids, sufficient vision to read printed material. Sufficient body movement and mobility to drive a vehicle, crawl, bend, stoop, and work on knees
Work Environment:
Ability to have sufficient stamina to perform heavy physical labor in adverse weather conditions
