Title: Institutional Research Data Analyst
Reports to: Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness
Job Status: Non-exempt
Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
Position Summary: The Institutional Research Data Analyst is a full-time position that works as part of a small team to compile and analyze data for the University's programs of institutional research, institutional effectiveness, and external reporting. Reporting to the Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness, this position collaborates with university constituents to verify the accurate collection of data, to analyze trends, and to develop data visualizations. The position also assists with fulfilling external reporting requirements, responding to ad hoc data requests, and performing various quantitative analyses.
Job Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, master’s degree preferred; two years of experience in institutional research preferred, preferably at a private university. At least one year of SAS (or other) programming experience required (SAS Programming certification preferred). The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully handle this position.
